Built through experience. Shaped by growth.
Axiom One is the result of more than 20 years of professional experience, seven years of personal development and a belief that stronger foundations begin with truth.
A business created to help people
The original purpose was alignment: helping people create greater balance between mind, body and soul.
After more than 20 years in construction, becoming pregnant with twins made me question whether the industry was still the right place for me. Then the world entered a global pandemic and everything changed.
I created this business because I wanted to help people. At first, that meant supporting their health and helping them find greater balance and alignment in their lives.
But as the world began to open again, the construction industry called and I answered. H Squared was born.
The business grew because I grew
The clients I worked with, the women I met, the relationships I built and my continued personal development broadened the way I saw business and leadership. Alongside the success of H Squared, it became clear that the original business was becoming something bigger.
Axiom One brings those worlds together. Commercial experience and human understanding. Evidence and instinct. Strong business foundations and the person responsible for leading them.
Seeing both the business and the person
I understand the pressures of leadership, the weight of responsibility and the distance that can grow between a business and the person who created it.
My experience enables me to look closely at commercial reality. My own journey enables me to recognise when a business, or the person leading it, is no longer aligned with what they have become.
Change does not have to mean turning everything upside down
Sometimes it is a pivot, a step sideways or a thoughtful rearrangement. The aim is to protect the central ethos while strengthening everything around it.
You remain the leader
I am not here to take control. I bring an independent view, show you the truth of what I find, challenge thinking where needed and put forward practical proposals. The decisions remain yours.
